They have a great selection and the prices are reasonable but I was a little taken aback by the attitude of the guy cashing me out. He was barely short of being flat-out rude and when I asked if he was doing OK he said that he was annoyed (I can only assume with me) because they were closing soon (in 25 min). I apologized for any inconvenience and he outright ignored me while he continued to ring me up. Overall not a great experience. As someone who works in the service industry, I have personal experience with his exact vibe but you never let that leak onto your customers let alone tell them you're annoyed and treating them like they are inconvenient. Not sure if I'll be back.

We moved down here about 8 months ago and were so pleased to have found this place! Staff was so nice and product was worth exploring based on that. In time, everything has seemed to decline. As I read through here, I will say, I do go in the evening time and the guys in there are very clearly inconvenienced no matter what time in addition to the 9:45 closures. Being off premise on time is the reason? So maybe just change closing to 9:30 for patrons? if timing is a struggle? We will go anywhere but here!

This store just lost my business. Will never go to Silverstem on Quincy. The guy that "helped" (not) was rude, nonhelpful and acted tuff. Rude!

I love this store!! At first I was put off by the location but don't be! The store manager Robert is amazing and so is his whole team! I've fallen for the O.pen and how smooth the hits are and their different sales and deals. And the Medical side edibles are a great price for potency and the Blueberry DOSD tastes great! Don't waste your time on rec if you need edibles for pain etc. Get your med card and save tons!

I regularly visit a different location and will always seek out Silver Stem locations when possible. Always amazing service, general pricing, and specials. I visit a different location frequently and have become a very loyal customer, I will probably continue going there. This location is closer to home for me, but after my first visit I haven't been able to come back. The staff, service, offers, location, etc. was really wonderful but the entry for parking and parking lot was more than my anxiety could handle. The anxiety from this parking lot is so bad I have been driving out of my way to go to another location. I'm not saying don't go to Silver Stem for any reason, but figured I would warm about this if anyone else struggles with driving anxiety. Even struggling with this, I have had such a great experience with Silverstem I have been driving to their Quincy location instead.

Not as friendly as other silver stem locations. Also they lock the doors promptly at 945. I had the misfortune of finding this out first hand tonight. I was there at 945 exactly as they where letting someone out and the female worker just stared at me pulling the handle. I'm a long time customer. I don't frequent quincy location often maybe this isnt the norm just my experience. ☹️
